Advanced Video Systems provided the projection system for the Emergency Operations Center at the Maryland Emergency Management Agency. It consists of five projectors, able to display up to twenty images simultaneously. Once your A/V installation is complete, AVS is still not done. We ensure that our customers receive the proper training and documentation to be able to use their new system with a very small learning curve and a minimum of down time. All AVS projects come with a built-in warranty period, and service contracts are available for future service needs. To better serve our customers, Advanced Video Systems is moving to larger offices in the Business Center at Owings Mills. For the last 20 years, AVS has been at 11438 Cronridge Drive in various suites. As of December 6, 2010, the company will be in its all-new location at 11447 Cronhill Drive, Suite G. Cronhill Drive is one street over in the same business park, still convenient to the Beltway, 795 and Owings Mills Boulevard. AVWeek is an international celebration of the AV industry held the third week in October each year. Sponsored by Infocomm International - the industry's number 1 trade association - AVWeek aims to spread the word about the AV Industry and its professionals with special events and programs. Once again this year, Advanced Video Systems was an active proponent of AVWeek festivities in the greater Baltimore area. This year, AVS lobbied Annapolis to have the week officially recognized by the State. As a result, Governor Martin O'Malley officially declared October 17 - 23, 2010, as AV Week in Maryland.
