Flatiron specializes in complete building renovation and restoration work for residential and commercial property owners. We utilize both our in-house staff of construction managers, tradesmen, and our affiliates to plan, manage, and execute the entire construction process. Our experience in navigating the specialized demands of working in urban environments gives us the unique insight and solutions to meet the challenges encountered in urban buildings that often date back to the 1800s.
Flatiron also offers new and existing clients renovation services for smaller projects where entire building renovations are not required, including repair and maintenance services and programs for property owners and managers.

Flatiron proudly embraces the Green Building Movement, constantly seeking out new information and building techniques that incorporate more sustainable building materials and processes. In addition, Flatiron offers energy-saving retro-fit programs for property owners and managers who are interested in boosting their assets return on investment while consuming fewer natural resources.

The President of Flatiron is a certified Green Building Professional with the National Association of Home Builders and actively participates as a committee member of the U.S Green Building Council. In addition, Flatiron employs LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) accredited professionals on projects where appropriate.
