Sunshine Management is a full-service property management firm serving Maryland, Virginia and Pennsylvania. We currently manage both residential and commercial property throughout Frederick, Washington, Carroll, Montgomery, Howard and Loudoun Counties.
We are also a fully licensed contractor with the Maryland Home Improvement Commission (MHIC #51919). Whether or not we manage your property, Sunshine Management provides maintenance services from small "Handy-man" type jobs to rough and finish carpentry, minor plumbing and electrical work, and lead supervision and abatement services.

Each property manager is responsible for all maintenance, accounting, leasing, advertising, collection, reporting and budgeting operations. We offer 24 hour-a-day, 7 day-a-week service for emergency situations to keep each owner's mind at ease.
