All medical practices and facilities that Celebrity represents must provide a competitive salary and benefit structure, as well as a happy, healthy and professional work environment. Celebrity Medical will not work with any facility that has a high turnover rate, poor employee morale, and/or a non-competitive salary and benefit structure - unless of course we are hired to correct the problem.
