The Hawaiian Myrrh-Streaming Icon of the Mother of God visited us October 22nd and 23rd for the Divine Services for the Optina Elders. We brought the holy icon to the church on the hill for a Cross Procession. A photo report will be posted shortly on the wonderworking Icon's visit to our parish.

Two thousand years ago, after receiving the Holy Spirit at Pentecost, the apostles of Christ went out from their native Israel to bring the Christian Faith to all the far reaches of the world. The ancient Christian Faith, founded so long ago, remains unchanged today and is found in the Orthodox Church. Holy Apostles Orthodox Church was founded with the purpose of bringing the Gospel and Divine Services of the Russian Orthodox Church to the people of America in the English language. We invite you to come to any of the Divine Services or events at our mission church.

Sunday, 11/28 is the beginning of the Nativity Fast that continues through the eve of the Nativity, Thursday, January 6th.
