As your personal trainer, I will make your workouts more productive and time efficient. I will teach you the skills you need to address your particular fitness goals. You'll learn the proper form for each exercise and correct intensity level that will enable you to achieve the best results.
In addition, I now offer nutritional counseling to my clients. You won't find any cookie cutter eating plans here. I'll work with you to developed meal plans that augment your lifestyle and fitness goals. Then, biweekly we will check your progress (weight, measurements and body fat) to determine if we need to adjust your meal plan. And if you hit a plateau, we'll adjust your exercise and/or meal plan to keep you on track.
My clients have experienced great success with personal training. They leave our sessions feeling greater confidence, motivated and productive. Through consistent work, they have lost body fat, grown stronger and felt more energetic. You can have the same success.
