The Riverview is a bed and breakfast located on Riverview Ave in Arnold, Maryland.

The house is specially designed as an attached independent three bedroom apartment overlooking Cool Spring Cove, with two bars and outdoor table and chairs on the multi-level deck overlooking the water. Three studios are available, two of which have attached bathrooms. The third studio is designed for children and typically one of the bathrooms is shared with the parents. 

The common area contains a full galley kitchen including refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, 8 person breakfast bar, seating area, two televisions with over 130 channels, VCR, DVD, audio equipment, high speed Internet access and pool table.
