When Joseph Pramberger began this engineering process his familys accumulated knowledge and his experience at Steinway was the foundation of the design concept.
Pramberger usesmaple rims for strength, durability and tonal excellence. The bottom beams on grand pianos and the back post on verticals are made of the tone wood, spruce. The iron plate is made from a centuries-old process of sand casting. Sand casting is tonally superior to the mass-produced vacuum casting or V-pro process. The tuning pins are made from an extremely strong steel alloy. German rod steel versus Asian coiled steel make the tuning pins easier to set and significantly more stable. The hammers are the most important aspect of a pianos tonal system. Members of the design team have worked with the L. Renner Co. in Germany to develop the Renner Blue Label AAA hammers specified in the JP Pramberger piano. They have also worked with Renner to produce the Pramberger/Renner Premium Performance action. German Roslau strings and the original asymmetrical Canadian White Spruce soundboard complete the major commitment to finest materials.
The men and women who build this fine piano learned their craft from excellent piano makers from the United States and Europe. The makerof Pramberger pianos has produced millions of fine pianos over the last fifty years. All of the JP Prambergers are completed in the United States where experts in tonality and action regulation spend many hours making sure the JP Pramberger piano is ready for the most demanding of artist and venue.

We Do Not Currently Carry Pianos Made in China
You should be aware that the U.S. is being flooded with inexpensive pianos made in China, most with American or Germany sounding names like Wagner, Hallet & Davis, August Hoffman, Cristofori, etc. Companies like Yamaha and Steinway are marketing some Chinese-made pianos under different brand names (Cable-Nelson and Essex). Now even Baldwin pianos are made in China!
Although the quality of these pianos has improved somewhat over the past few years, very feware well-rated. Due to our large sales volume our prices are competitive with Chinese-made pianos, however we do not sell any new pianos that are made in China. As manufacturing and pricing of these pianos improves, we will continue to consider representing them.
and save you money.

Quite simply, Jasons offers more for less. While we have been in the piano business since 1937, we are diversified and also sell and service guitars, amplifiers, band instruments and PA equipment. Our band instrument division, as well asJasons School of Music, also contribute to our business.
Our no frills approach and low overheadallow us to provide our clients more for less, and more than meet our obligations of service and quality.
We are a part of the local community. We are a family owned and operated store -not some large faceless corporation with multiple stores. We live in the same neighborhood as our customersand we see them in the grocery store, the mall, and at church. We want them to be absolutely pleased with their purchase, happy to see us, and telling their friends about us.
