Riverbends founder and Managing Member, Paul Heldenbrand, Esq., has more than twenty years experience in the executive search and consulting business in the Mid-Atlantic region and elsewhere. Our primary specialty areas are legal executive search and related services such as law firm merger consulting, confidential representation of experienced individual attorneys and groups seeking to relocate their practices, attorney salary and market surveys, and outplacement services for lawyers. However, we also have many years of recruiting and consulting experience in areas other than law, and in certain circumstances are able to take on search assignments or assist candidates in other industries and professions as well. Moreover, in those situations where we are not able to provide direct assistance, we are always happy to try to refer you to someone else who can.
