Sunshine Family Preschool Daycare is a second home for your child. We believe that every child is an individual whose needs must be met. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from referrals.

Our goal is to provide a program that will benefit the child, the parent and the community. We are committed to the development of a well-rounded child with a positive self image. Our program is designed to expand the individuality of each child by providing an atmosphere of warmth, support and encouragement. Our program centers around socialization and learning through play. This is augmented by monthly unit studies and a planned curriculum.

We believe that children are not defined solely by their chronological age, but are seen through many lenses as we recognize their strengths in different areas. Continuous growth is always encouraged whether it is in a cognitive area, physically, emotionally or socially. Children show their readiness for learning in many ways and we encourage them to experiment and reach their fullest potential.

We are licensed by the Maryland State Department of Education as a home preschool daycare facility and have exceeded all health and safety guidelines.
