The Law Office of J. Carol Williams serves the legal needs of clients in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia in connection with
wills, trusts, and other estate and disability planning;
elder law, including guardianships, conservatorships, and planning for long term care; and

J. Carol Williams, Ph.D., Esq., is an attorney with over 20 years legal experience. She is currently a member of
the Maryland, Virginia and D.C. Bar Associations, and the American Bar Association;
the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys;
the Estates and Trusts Sections of the Maryland and D.C. Bar Associations, and the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the American Bar Association; and
the Elder Law Section of the Maryland Bar Association.
J. Carol Williams is on the Mediation Panel for the Orphans' Court of Baltimore County, Maryland, and is on the panel of mediators and arbitrators for the Circuit Courts of Frederick, Howard, and Montgomery Counties, Maryland. She also has experience in international arbitration under the ICSID and UNCITRAL arbitration rules.
