FY 2011 H-1B Cap Count
H-1Bs are still available as of June 11, 2010. USCIS' count showed approximately 22,200 H-1B cap-subject petitions having been receipted. USCIS has receipted 9,400 H-1B petitions for aliens with advanced degrees.

FY20111 H-2B Cap Count This count includes 26,303 approved and 1,475 pending petitions.

USCIS Proposed Rule to Hike Fees for Immigration Benefits USCIS released a proposed rule to increase fees for immigration benefit applications and petitions. DHS proposes to increase USCIS fees by a weighted average of 10 percent.

DOL Foreign Labor Certification Processing Times (Updated 06/11/10) DOL updated the PERM processing times as of 05/31/10.
