With a emphasis on client education, preventive medicine, and personal service, our doctors and staff provide the same care for your family pets as we would for our own.
Dr. Demetrios Chaconas opened the Woodbine Animal Hospital in 1987, and moved the practice to the Mount Airy area in 2001. The hospital recently moved nearby to a new facility on South Main street in February, 2007. After practicing for 20 years as a sole practitioner, Dr. Rosemary Riley was brought on board as an associate veterinarian in May of 2007.
