Warranty: 2 years on all new installations and 1 year on all repairs. (Unless otherwise noted in writing.)

I called to schedule and the phone attendant was very courteous. The plumber showed up less than 2 hours later, which was great because it was sort of a plumbing emergency. He was so polite and professional. I showed him the shower; he consulted with his company by phone and proceeded to fix the shower. Then I showed him a gas leak in the basement, he made the repair and was done in 2 hours. I especially liked how he referred to his price book for his prices so I knew he wasnt just making up the price or taking advantage of the fact it was an emergency. I was relieved.
