GSGCo can provide almost any construction service you can imagine for any existing structure, from small repairs to complete renovations, restorations or additions. We are a full service remodeling design/build contractor. Over the years, we have worked on almost every kind of home, from cottages to palaces, from almost new to more than 200 years old. We even work on our clients offices or light commercial or institutional projects, if thats what you need. Our specialty is working with existing homes, which means we have the patience and experience to struggle with an older house that has been set in its ways. Remodeling is what we've done every day for more than 30 years, not something we do when we're not building new houses.

Our patience and experience has taught us that, while we do this every day, you don't, and we realize a remodeling project can be overwhelming. We're used to working with homeowners, often while you're living in the home, and understand how stressful it can be. Each member of our staff makes it his or her priority to do everything they can to reduce that stress. Both during and after the remodeling, we put the warranties in writing, and we back them up. At GSGCo, we believe the smallest jobs are just as important as the largest projects; many of our lifelong clients began as small service calls. Many more of our full scale renovation clients remain with us, calling on our consulting and repair services through the years. We are committed to our clients and keep a crew available for repair and service work on short notice.
