We maintain routine follow-up services to ensure patient compliance and proper care of the garment, including instructions on donning and doffing. We send reminder cards upon insurance eligibility for garment re-orders.

All Insurance Processing Including:

Verification of eligibility to ensure the patients insurance covers the recommended garment
Obtaining the necessary letter of medical necessity
Discovery as to patients out of pocket cost (deductible and co-pay)
Billing of the patient's insurance

Prompt Delivery Services
We handle all aspects of getting the garment or equipment to the patient or your office, no matter where you are located. We can also request expedited service from the manufacturer.
