Here is my idea to peacefully and passively defuse the above crises. On September 17,2001, Commander-in-Chief of The United State of America, only a few days after 9-11, President George W. Bush attended a gathering of Muslims in the Mosque in Massachusetts Avenue in the North West Washington DC declared:
