Practicing law in Bel Air since 1986, Mr. Arnold is authorized to practice in all state and federal trial and appeals courts covering Maryland. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland Law School, with honors, 1986, was admitted to the Maryland Bar and became authorized to practice law in all Maryland State courts, 1986, the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland (Federal) 1987, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland 1987, U.S. Court of Appeals (Fourth Circuit) 1991, and the U.S. Supreme Court 1993. He is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and Harford County Bar Association.
Mr. Arnold has successfully represented clients at all levels of the Maryland State Court system, including the Court of Appeals, the Court of Special Appeals, various Circuit Courts, various District Courts, various Orphan's Courts, and various administrative courts including the Office of Administrative Hearings, Workers' Compensation Commission and Maryland Tax Court.
