This was our third booking with your firm and it only gets better (if that's possible). The chef showed up at our home ahead of schedule (which absolutely delighted me) and that allowed a bit of time to unwind before the crush. Your chef was just an amazing individual for so many reasons. His expertise at the burners was only surpassed by his patience & personality with our guests.
A well-traveled friend, who is also a great cook, told me that her omelette (with caviar and a touch of sour cream on top, as Julia recommended) was the best she had ever eaten, anywhere in the world. Our guests loved the Belgian waffles, bagels and egg white omelettes too. Your team came early, stayed late, and cleaned up perfectly. It was the perfect catering experience for me, and I look forward to using your company again!
