Hi, my name is Joe Aben. I'm a certified personal trainer and head fitness consultant at EIF, Excellence in Fitness Personal Training Studio with locations in Annapolis, Maryland and Arnold, Maryland. We provide private one-on-one strength and conditioning instruction. EIF is not a gym; it is a unique Personal Training Studio where each individual is guided through supervised total body workouts customized to fit his or her needs.
