Formed in 1977, from the sole proprietorship established in 1971 by Stephen G. Petersen, Street Traffic Studies Ltd. has expanded from an initial one man operation to a full service company with offices located in Anne Arundel and Montgomery Counties, Maryland. Combining the talents of professional traffic engineers, highway engineers, transportation planners, and technical design staff, Street Traffic Studies Ltd. performs a broad range of services for both public and private sector clients.
