What is Survey Data Inc.? We are a quality conscious company that renders a unique service to suppliers primarily in the Commercial Construction Industry. Our service includes quantitative "take-offs" or "bill of materials" for mechanical and electrical products and equipment as specified in the contract Plans and Specifications. Our surveys are geared toward Manufacturers, Manufacturers Representatives, Distributors and Wholesalers to assist them in preparing a price proposal for submission to the General Contractor in a reasonable time prior to the bid date. Early proposal submission in turn assists the General Contractor, Subcontractor and the Architect by assuring them proper coverage on their projects.

SDI provides a material "take-off" or a Quantity Survey on projects "out for bid." A material take-off is a necessary function of any Supplier's Sales Program.

SDI's clients realize that doing material take-offs is very time consuming as well as a costly requirement.
