Crocker Homes, Incorporated, is a proud family owned and operated custom home builder. Our background in the business extends from our teen years, to growing up as one of the most respected builders in the area. As a Third (3rd) Generation Builder, working with our father Russell Crocker, has provided such valuable hands-on-training, that has matured to the highest quality workmanship. That workmanship is reflected in all of our fine custom homes. The business was formerly known as Crocker and Little Builders. During the past forty [40] years, we have provided and successfully built approximately 1,000 homes in Frederick County and surrounding counties in Maryland. We build between three and ten custom built homes per year.

We also do home improvements being a licensed home improvement contractor allows us to return to clients and make improvements or additions to their homes a service we also do for the public at large. Whether you need an addition, garage or renovation we are the complete contractor for you.

We are a fully licensed, insured and financially sound company, who will be personally involved in each and every one of our projects. We have earned our reputation through team efforts and keeping our clients fully informed, at every stage of the project.
