One-on-one or smally groups. 1 hour sessions, 2 times per week, for 6 weeks to address speed, agility, proprioception, flexibility, stability, improved mechanics, balance, and conditioning. Programs of this type are proven to decrease the risk of injury. Gateaup Physical Therapy takes pride in our ability to offer this service to the surrounding community and it's hard-working athletes. We are also willing to modify our current format to serve your individual needs.
Our goal with the Sports Performance Enhancement program is specifically directed towards optimizing athletic performance while minimizing potential injury.
